Summer Barbecue August 2007The Barbecue was a great success and will probably become a regular fixture for the future. Though next year we need to book some sun too! The whole event was well supported by players and non-players alike. Lois and Fiona did an outstanding job organising the food, and Lois also made lots of little people happy with her Children's Raffle (that's to say it was a raffle for children and not of children!). Howie made sure there was a steady flow of blackened items emerging from the barbecue itself and Dougie sacrificed his aging gazebo as the winds got up and the frame work gave way.
