The Club was formed in 1970 as the Rugby section the Somerset County Council Sports and Social Club. We play every Sunday morning throughout the season, purely at a social level. Our ability level is generally that of the lowest standard within the clubs we play each week i.e. seconds or thirds. We are not a group of Saturday players playing again on Sunday; most of us either can't or won't play Saturdays.

 We are always pleased to welcome new players, whatever the ability level, and we are always interested in new fixtures, with local clubs in the area or from those on tour. Please e-mail for more details or information.
